Initiate Your Request
Log in to your GGD account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
